David was born in beautiful East Tennessee, and after living in Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana , and Michigan David returned home to Tennessee over 30 years ago where he and his family reside in Jefferson County.
As an affiliate broker licensed in Tennessee, David provides strategic marketing, commitment in listening to his client's needs, and keen negotiation skills to ensure a successful transaction. David takes his clients and their desires seriously and listens to what they need and are looking for. David entered the Real Estate Insdutry not only to help his family and better their lives, but to help his clients in bettering theirs by finding the home of their dreams, or selling their homes to take the next step in their lives.
David enjoys the Beauty of East Tennessee with family and friends enjoying beautiful East Tennessee on the Lakes and at the campgrounds in the area. He does loves to sneak out of Tennessee once in while to hit the sandy shores of the Ocean, but is thankful that Tennessee is Home.
